In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize drug therapies and develop educational programs. Your responsibilities include overseeing clinical drug research, ensuring quality assurance in specialty areas, and participating in multidisciplinary committees. Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on advanced pharmaceutical care for complex cases
• Teach pharmacy students and evaluate hospital programs
• Conduct clinical drug research and analyze results
• Develop standards and perform quality audits
• Collaborate on cost-effectiveness and therapy plans
Requirements:
• Current Pharmacist registration in British Columbia
• Completion of accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency
• Two years of hospital pharmacy experience required
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
