We're hiring a Residential Care Worker to provide essential support to clients with autism and intellectual disabilities. This on-call position requires availability for shifts, including one weekend day each month. Candidates should possess empathy, initiative, and be physically capable of engaging in community-based activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build meaningful relationships with clients
• Document and report daily activities accurately
• Liaise with stakeholders and adhere to policies
• Implement person-centered support plans and strategies

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Class 4 preferred)
