In this position, you will assess patients, craft nutrition care plans, and evaluate treatment effectiveness. Additionally, you will contribute to the Dietetic Internship Program and participate in quality initiatives that enhance clinical practice. Work alongside dedicated health professionals and support diverse patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine nutrition strategies for patient populations
• Document and review patient care plans regularly
• Provide educational support to the healthcare team
• Collaborate on research projects and trials
• Develop and maintain clinical indicators in practice
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field
• Registered with the College of Health Professionals in BC
• Valid BC Driver's License and personal vehicle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage positively with various stakeholders
