Key Responsibilities:

• Engage residents in meaningful daily activities

• Foster relationships to enhance Villager well-being

• Maintain organized and safe living spaces

• Assist in food preparation and household management

• Monitor and document any changes in care requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Certificate from a Health Care Aide program essential

• Current CPR and First Aid certification required

• Previous experience with seniors desirable

• Excellent communication skills in English
