Qualicare Homecare is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our home care team in Langley. You’ll work under the Care Coordinator to deliver personal care services while assisting clients with dementia. This position offers flexible schedules and the opportunity to make lasting connections with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with personal care and hygiene
• Implement calming techniques and routine management
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings and errands
• Manage medication reminders and assistance
Requirements:
• Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care preferred
• Reside in the Langley area or commute reliably
• Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent required
• Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
• Valid CRC for Vulnerable Sector or willingness to obtain
