Key Responsibilities:

• Customize medication therapy and offer patient counselling

• Work with healthcare providers on therapeutic plans

• Develop guidelines for drug therapies and journal articles

• Participate in quality assurance evaluations and clinical trials

• Mentor and supervise pharmacy students and staff

Requirements:

• Registration as a Pharmacist in British Columbia required

• Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency

• In-depth knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices

• Strong communication and relationship skills

• Physical capability to handle job responsibilities
