In this vital role, you will ensure the spiritual needs of clients are addressed through tailored care plans and community engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel clients on spiritual matters during recovery
• Lead religious services and healing ceremonies
• Organize spiritual education workshops for clients
• Record client interactions and progress accurately
• Work with team to ensure mission-aligned programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to spiritual care
• One year of direct experience in counseling
• Certification in Chaplaincy or a related field
• Strong ethics and confidentiality awareness
• Ability to connect with diverse spiritual backgrounds
