Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service during eyewear consultations
• Interpret optical prescriptions from the optometrist
• Perform precise frame and facial measurements for fit
• Assist with contact lens fittings and orders
• Manage billing and payments for patients and insurers
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of optical experience
• Registered Optician in British Columbia
• Proficient with MS Office and technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and manage changing priorities
