Drive impactful total rewards programs as a Senior Total Rewards Analyst, emphasizing compensation analysis and project management. Collaborate with leaders on complex organizational design and strategy execution.
As a vital member of the HR team, you will manage the design and implementation of total rewards programs while providing expertise on compensation issues. The role requires at least five years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of job evaluations, incentive calculations, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the communication and delivery of total rewards programs
• Conduct job evaluations and market data analysis
• Design salary structures and costing scenarios for planning
• Collaborate with leadership on variable compensation initiatives
• Analyze compensation data for strategic audits and recommendations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar field
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) a plus
• Five years of progressive HR/compensation experience
• Skills in project management and compensation modeling
• Attention to detail and exceptional communication
