Join Highline as a Regional Manager of Human Resources, supporting five locations in British Columbia. This role engages with employees and leaders, fostering positive workplace relationships and enhancing HR operations.
As a key leader, you will oversee daily HR functions for approximately 500 associates across various sites. Collaborating closely with operational leaders, you'll provide expert coaching on employee relations, performance management, and workplace conflict. Your impact will be vital in developing labor relations strategies and supporting a thriving workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily HR operations across five BC locations
• Guide leaders on employee relations and performance issues
• Conduct workplace investigations and recommend resolutions
• Administer the Collective Agreement with a focus on collaboration
• Support labor relations initiatives and grievance management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Relations or related field
• Minimum five years progressive HR experience
• Three years supporting unionized workforce
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Valid driver's license for travel across locations
