Field Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist

Build Field Sales teams through proactive sourcing and interviewing with Skynet Wireless Inc. in British Columbia or Ontario. Maintain a qualified candidate pipeline.

This Talent Acquisition Specialist manages recruitment for commission-only door-to-door sales representatives. The hands-on position covers sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding coordination, and candidate communication. You will partner with sales leaders, hiring managers, and the HR Generalist while supporting retail, business sales, and other group-company recruitment as required.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for door-to-door sales positions
• Source candidates through Indeed, Linked In, referrals, and outreach
• Build pipelines for ongoing hiring and market expansion
• Conduct structured interviews and coordinate hiring-manager feedback
• Track recruitment results, starts, and early retention

• Two to five years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing multiple openings and proactive candidate sourcing
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, recruitment platforms, and applicant tracking systems
• Confidentiality, organization, and measurable recruitment-goal focus
