Human Resources Manager Employee Relations

Support Cintas through employee relations and HR administration as a Human Resources Manager I on a regular, full-time first shift schedule.

This Human Resources Manager I supports general Human Resources areas, including turnover management, recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, and positive employee relations. The position requires knowledge of employment legality and proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools. A minimum of one year of Human Resources experience is required.

• Manage employee turnover across general Human Resources activities
• Recruit employees for organizational staffing needs
• Administer payroll and employee benefits
• Drive positive employee relations throughout the organization

• Minimum one year of Human Resources experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet tools
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEO, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment, and OSHA
