Run the day-to-day change management program on behalf of the Change Management Lead, with full-time commitment but flexible location.
Perform change impact assessments and stakeholder assessments to pinpoint risks, adoption challenges, and mitigation needs.
Develop and deliver practical change activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications support, resistance management, and readiness initiatives (primarily virtual).
Facilitate workshops, user interactions, and support sessions (some in-person) to help transition from legacy customized processes to new F&O processes.
Coordinate end-user training elements, track adoption progress, and provide feedback loops in partnership with the program lead.
Handle BA-related tasks as required, such as process mapping, change-specific requirements, and bridging business needs in the migration.
Monitor metrics, report on adoption, and escalate issues to the Change Management Lead.
Ensure high user adoption and business continuity throughout the ERP rollout.
What you must have:
Solid background in Organizational Change Management (OCM), ideally within ERP implementations (Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&O experience highly preferred).
PROSCI certification or equivalent change methodology experience strongly desired.
Proven Business Analyst capabilities for hands-on execution (impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, process translation).
Intermediate/senior mindset:
Proactive, autonomous worker comfortable with light supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse business stakeholders and end-users (virtual and occasional in-person)
