Machine Learning Engineer

Position: Machine Learning Engineer at Pattison Food Group
Elevate your career as a full-time Machine Learning Engineer with Pattison Food Group in Langley, BC. Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to optimize data processes and deploy machine learning models.

In this role, you will be instrumental in building and integrating end-to-end life cycles of large-scale, distributed machine learning systems. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in MLOps, cloud technologies, and machine learning pipelines. You will maintain production models, conduct tests, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and integrate large-scale machine learning systems

• Optimize cloud compute resources and work spaces

• Develop automated tests for machine learning models

• Maintain machine learning model registry and retraining strategies

• Implement methods for detecting model and data drifts

Requirements:

• Master's or bachelor's in computer science or related field

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end machine learning

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Strong skills in Python and SQL

• Familiarity with cloud computing environments like Azure
