IT Infrastructure Specialist

Lorval Capital Management is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage systems administration responsibilities in Langley Twp. Ensure the integrity of IT operations, focusing on Microsoft 365 and server management.

As a dedicated Systems Administrator, you’ll work full-time in-office, drawing on over 5 years of hands-on experience in systems management and infrastructure security. Your duties will include supporting virtualization, implementing backups, and leading infrastructure projects to optimize business operations. This role demands strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly with non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support server and storage infrastructure across the organization

• Administer user accounts in Active Directory and Entra

• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services and compliance

• Oversee backup and disaster recovery processes

• Create technical documentation and operational protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field

• 5+ years of IT systems experience

• Familiarity with VMware vSphere or Hyper-V

• Expertise in backup solutions like Veeam or Acronis

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
