IAM Specialist – Delinea & Duo
Location: Canada (Remote)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IAM Specialist with strong expertise in Delinea, Duo MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) to support enterprise identity and access management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing secure authentication, authorization, and privileged access solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Delinea and Duo Security
- Expertise in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions
- Experience implementing and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and best practices
- Experience with SSO technologies including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Understanding of federation and authentication architecture
- Experience with Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management processes
- Strong knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least-privilege access models
- Experience troubleshooting authentication, authorization, and access-related issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support IAM, MFA, and PAM solutions.
- Administer and optimize Delinea and Duo environments.
- Configure and manage SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
- Implement privileged access controls and security best practices.
- Support user lifecycle management (JML) and access governance processes.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure access management.
- Perform access reviews, audits, and compliance-related activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM, MFA, and PAM issues.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based IAM platforms (Azure AD/Entra , Okta, Ping, etc.)
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience in large enterprise environments
