Position: CRM Program Lead )

We are seeking a seasoned CRM Program Lead to drive the end‑to‑end delivery of a Commercial Banking CRM transformation program. The ideal candidate will bring solid leadership experience in managing large‑scale CRM initiatives, with deep expertise in platforms such as Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or Microsoft Dynamics. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align business objectives with technology solutions, while leading cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

While bilingual capabilities are an asset, we are open to strong English‑speaking candidates with the right experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the CRM program roadmap and delivery for Commercial Banking, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end program execution, including planning, design, implementation, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders (Sales, Relationship Management, Operations) to define requirements and optimize CRM processes.
  • Drive the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce FSC or Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Manage cross‑functional teams, including functional, technical, and vendor partners.
  • Ensure strong governance, risk management, and delivery excellence across the program lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic guidance on CRM best practices, data model design, and customer experience improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • 10–15 years of experience in CRM program delivery, with leadership responsibility.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise CRM implementations (Salesforce FSC or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Strong domain expertise in Commercial Banking (e.g., lending, client onboarding, relationship management).
  • Demonstrated experience managing large‑scale transformation programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to Have
  • Bilingual (English/French) — preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives within financial services.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
