SKILLS REQUIRED
Mandatory
Skills:
- 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale IAM transformation projects, including governance, compliance, and access management programs.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Security concepts and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls within SAP environments.
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level reporting.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technology programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational change management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
