Compensation: $75-$80/hour

• Responsible for development and execution of testing strategies utilizing various software deliverable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Work with Development and other internal teams to help troubleshoot and resolve issues, identify risks, and ensure defects are resolved; ensures adherence to defined testing quality standards.
• Hybrid role
  - Test and project manager.

• Communication is key.
• Reporting is key - status reporting, holding meetings, PowerPoint presentation.
• Project Management background (managing QA projects) / coordinating testing.
• Experience running large programs with solid Agile experience and knowledge.
• 3-5 years of experience – ALM, Q Test, Jira, Confluence.
• Knowledge of Automation testing.
• Solid knowledge of testing best practices and all phases of testing.
• HP ALM and Jira are a must.
• Build dashboards.
• Produce reports.
• Connectivity, traceability.

• Interact with hundreds of people.
• Communication skills.
• Fast-paced large scale environment.
• Financial or banking background.
• Scrum Master Certified.
• Experience managing teams, programs, coordinating with multiple internal and external applications.
