Position: Langley Senior Decision Science Analyst Role
Take on a key role as a Senior Decision Science Analyst in Langley, BC. Drive experimentation and data-driven insights for the More Rewards Team.

You'll report to the Senior Manager, leveraging your analytics expertise to guide decision-making processes. This includes working with stakeholders to understand business needs, conducting statistical tests, and utilizing your skills in Python and SQL for data analysis. Your training and mentoring will ensure best practices in data science are adopted within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to identify and analyze key business metrics

• Implement statistical testing to validate business hypotheses

• Automate data workflows using SQL scripts

• Use Python in Jupyter for analysis and modeling

• Develop impactful dashboards in Power BI

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant analytics experience

• Strong skills in Python and SQL programming

• Understanding of experimental design and testing

• Familiarity with cloud environments like Azure

• Experience using big data technologies, such as Spark
