We are in search of a highly skilled Technical Specialist with significant experience in Oracle Fusion US Payroll. The role demands a combination of technical and functional expertise, with responsibilities ranging from payroll processing to compliance validation. Effective collaboration with both HR and technical teams is crucial for delivering impactful payroll strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll modules and support payroll processes
• Execute payroll runs and manage taxation compliance
• Develop Fast Formulas and ensure reporting accuracy
• Maintain payroll deductions and support year-end processes
• Document functional specifications and support UAT
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
• Knowledge of US payroll legislation and integration best practices
• Proficient in payroll reporting tools and data migration
• Strong analytical and communication skills
