Cultivate your IT skills with Classic Life Care as a part-time IT Support Specialist in Langley. Deliver professional technical assistance while gaining valuable experience.
We are seeking a motivated individual to serve users in Vancouver and Langley, BC, offering a flexible schedule of 1.5 shifts per week, ranging 4 to 6 hours each. Your responsibilities will include supporting end-users and providing critical IT services using Microsoft 365 and Azure environments among other tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support
• Administer user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Maintain system and process documentation
• Work with senior IT staff on advanced issues
• Manage service requests via a centralized ticketing system
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in IT support or equivalent
• Competency in Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS systems
• Experience with ITSM or ticketing systems
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
