Join TIMBER MART as an ERP Analyst, focusing on optimizing customer business processes and integrating AXESS INSITE services in Langley, BC. Help clients enhance effectiveness through strategic implementations and training.
Reporting to the Vice President of ERP Solutions, this role requires 2 to 5 years of ERP experience, ideally in distribution. You will analyze customer needs and develop custom integrations of AXESS INSITE to improve operational efficiency. Your expertise will guide the creation of tailored training programs and frontline support tailored to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and implement business processes for AXESS INSITE
• Analyze customer needs for effective integration
• Design and develop training programs for AXESS INSITE users
• Create optimized frontline support systems for inquiries
• Facilitate seamless system enhancements aligned with client needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field
• 2 to 5 years ERP software management experience
• Proficient with SQL Server and business management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English and French is a significant asset
