In this Tier 3 position within our Technical Services team, you will become the final escalation point for complex issues. You will collaborate with clients to develop solutions, lead the delivery of intricate projects, and mentor junior staff. Excellent documentation and communication skills will help in fostering a knowledge-sharing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Final Tier 3 escalation for advanced technical issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud and network issues
• Collaborate with clients to design effective solutions
• Lead project workflows from concept to execution
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and scopes of work
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a senior technical capacity, like Systems Engineer
• Advanced skills in Microsoft and cloud technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven experience leading complex IT initiatives
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills
