Candidates should bring strong networking skills and significant experience in Windows Server and Microsoft 365 while promoting a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve hardware and software issues
• Set up network systems and new technological equipment
• Monitor and document trends in client issues
• Coach and support junior team members
• Conduct onsite support as needed
Requirements:
• 4+ years in IT support or a related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and networking technologies
• Strong expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory
• 2 years of experience in customer service
• Valid Class 5 Driver's license and clear driving record
