Position: Langley IT Technician Needed
Location: Township of Langley

TLC Solutions is actively hiring an IT Technician in Langley, British Columbia, to be a valued member of our support team. This position is critical for managing client support requests effectively and enhancing user experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for initial client triage, documentation of systems, and onsite support. Successful candidates should possess a solid background in IT support, enjoy learning, and excel in client interactions. The ideal technician will also have experience working independently and resolving service issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional IT support across various platforms

• Document system changes and processes thoroughly

• Attend workshops, job shadowing, and certification opportunities

• Offer technical support onsite for clients

• Resolve and escalate technical service requests

Requirements:

• 3 years of IT support experience or education

• 2 years in customer service settings

• Knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365

• Clean Class 5 Driver's license with driving experience

• Successful Criminal Background Check is mandatory
