Join the Information Technology Division at the Township of Langley in this regular full-time position. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to user inquiries via calls and emails
• Investigate and resolve software and hardware problems
• Advise users on departmental computer requirements
• Evaluate and configure software and hardware systems
• Maintain documentation such as user guides and procedures
Requirements:
• High School diploma with IT-related coursework
• Experience with Dell, HP/Xerox, and Adobe software
• Ability to troubleshoot and document IT issues
• Relevant certifications like A+, Network+, ITIL preferred
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License
