As an AI Solutions Specialist, you will engage with clients across various industries to identify areas where AI can streamline workflows.
Your role focuses on understanding client operations, conducting assessments, and crafting solutions that can be easily adopted by teams. Collaboration with existing account managers ensures integration within the EC Managed IT framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit client sites to observe and map workflows
• Identify high-value AI application opportunities
• Conduct assessments and deliver actionable recommendations
• Prototype AI solutions using relevant tools
• Support clients through adoption of new solutions
Requirements:
• Proficient in Claude, Grok, OpenAI, and related tools
• Experience in producing working prototypes from scratch
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders
• Ability to understand diverse industry operations
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud tools
Effectively leverage client interactions and prototype development to bring AI-driven efficiencies to EC Managed IT customers.
