Support hardware, software, and networking systems as an IT Specialist, resolving technical issues for end-users and maintaining reliable technology operations.
This IT Specialist provides technical support while maintaining workstations, servers, printers, network equipment, and software systems. The position assists with upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. It also monitors performance and security, manages technology assets, and improves documentation and user guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot IT issues and provide timely end-user support
- Assist with upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations
- Monitor system performance and security proactively
- Maintain asset inventories, documentation, and licensing records
- Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology or related field
- Three or more years in technical support or IT specialist roles
- Strong hardware, software, and networking technology knowledge
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Remote support, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
