In this crucial role, your background in general insurance, especially homeowners coverage, will be key. You’ll engage with clients to secure or renew policies, while maintaining records and working closely with underwriting. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate issuance of insurance products for clients
• Review and advise on policy renewals and coverage
• Work with underwriting to ensure client needs are met
• Meet and exceed sales and productivity goals
• Handle customer documentation and payment processes
Requirements:
• At least 2 consecutive years in general insurance
• Level 2 Insurance license and training completion
• Familiarity with MS Office applications required
• Bonus: CAIB qualification and language skills
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
