This position involves engaging with clients, managing files independently, and utilizing the firm's robust support system for effective practice development. You will work directly with experienced Partners, enhancing your legal skills while addressing a diverse array of commercial disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage litigation files independently with client engagement
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling documents
• Advise clients confidently on litigation and dispute matters
• Collaborate with Partners on commercial litigation strategies
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in case management
Requirements:
• LLB/J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
• 4-7 years of relevant litigation experience
• Strong advocacy and communication skills
• Exceptional work ethic and client service mindset
