Experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking a lawyer who will adeptly handle general and commercial litigation files from start to finish. You will work alongside senior lawyers, providing mentorship opportunities while also focusing on developing your own independent practice. Strong legal research and advocacy skills are essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage litigation files independently from inception to resolution
• Advise clients on legal disputes and resolution strategies
• Conduct legal research and draft litigation documents
• Represent clients in litigation proceedings
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex matters
Requirements:
• 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial law
• LLB/J.D. from an accredited institution
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of BC
• Strong legal research and advocacy skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
