Delivery Coordinator Toyota

Due to a recent promotion, Langley Toyota is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join the busy team!

This is a GREAT way to get your foot in the door to a Sales role!

About the position, not limited to

• Complete all New and Used deliveries at the dealership
• Full knowledge and explanation of vehicle operations
• In control set up for clients
• Complete new and CPO delivery checklists for every client
• Complete second deliveries when required
• Introduction and dealership walk around at delivery (Parts and Service)
• Inspect vehicles prior to delivery (watermarks, footprints, dirty windows)
• Verify there isn’t a Beam Dongle connected to the OBDII Port.
• Follow up for second deliveries
• Follow up for reviews, surveys and CSIs in order to obtain 10/10s.
• Merchandising showroom vehicles and making sure they get charged
• Dealership social media content
• Checking in transport drop-offs when lot staff is unavailable
• Home deliveries and assisting service customers with technology issues
• Assisting lot staff with moving cars when required
• Plate registrations and organization of Demo vehicles
