Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sourcing, negotiating, and issuing purchase orders

• Maintain and optimize vendor and subcontractor lists

• Review and finalize subcontract agreements for alignment

• Negotiate discounts and incentives with vendors

• Conduct audits of vendor performance and compliance

Requirements:

• 5-7 years' construction procurement experience

• 2+ years management experience

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License

• Skilled in ERP systems and advanced Excel
