Join Thomson Power Systems, a Regal Rexnord company, as a Supply Chain Buyer II. In this onsite role, you will ensure timely procurement of goods and materials to meet operational and production needs.

As part of the supply chain and purchasing team at Regal Rexnord, you will utilize strategic planning and strong negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships and inventory controls.

Your role is vital in optimizing material costs, aligning with corporate financial targets, and supporting the growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and drive strategic sourcing activities with cross-functional teams

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and align them with corporate strategies

• Collaborate with global supply teams for supplier qualification

• Manage supplier contracts including negotiations on various terms

• Analyze market conditions to forecast commodity needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years in procurement with proven success

• Experience with ERP and MRP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus

• Strong skills in inventory control and Microsoft Office

• Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
