This position, under the Site Leader’s direction, is responsible for managing the maintenance operations across the site. You’ll implement a preventative maintenance program, coordinate services with contractors, and supervise building grounds. It’s essential that you manage repairs efficiently, while fostering a culture of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the preventative maintenance program

• Supervise all building systems and respond to maintenance needs

• Paint vacant suites and mend common areas

• Work collaboratively with trades and vendors for repairs

• Ensure paths and exits are safe during winter conditions

Requirements:

• Journeyman certification or equivalent training

• Minimum 5 years management experience in maintenance

• Proficient at interpreting building codes and drawings

• Familiar with building management software and MS Office

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
