The Ice Facility Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for executing various tasks related to ice upkeep, janitorial work, and facility repair. Your proactive approach will ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all users by maintaining high standards in rink conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ice resurfacing and measurements accurately
• Maintain and repair ice maintenance equipment
• Complete janitorial tasks following established protocols
• Manage grounds maintenance, including seasonal snow and debris removal
• Repair and refurbish hockey nets as needed
Requirements:
• Completed high school education or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license and Ice Facility Operators Certificate preferred
• Experience in operating ice resurfacing equipment
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude
