Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain exterior surfaces through painting and repairs

• Clean and manage the outside property areas efficiently

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education required

• Experience in janitorial or maintenance roles is a plus

• Ability to be active and lift up to 15-20 kg

• Successful completion of a criminal record check

• Dependability and practical skills are crucial
