The Animal Emergency Clinic in Fraser Valley, in Langley, BC is hiring a Hospital Director of Operations!We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Director of Hospital Operations to lead one of our outstanding veterinary hospitals within Ethos Veterinary Health. This leader will oversee the hospital’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest quality of care for animals while driving financial and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in matrixed organizations, a passion for veterinary medicine, and a track record of building collaborative, high-performing teams.

cross-functional teams, including support center colleagues, to foster an environment where excellence and compassion thrive.

We have been providing emergency and critical care coverage to more than 100 general practices throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley since 1996.
