About the Role
The Company is seeking a President and CEO to lead its organization during a pivotal period of growth and evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing enterprise-wide leadership, advancing the company's strategic vision, and balancing various key factors such as growth, underwriting discipline, financial performance, member value, organizational capability, and long-term sustainability. This role requires a highly respected executive with significant property and casualty insurance experience, capable of leading transformation and performance in a regulated environment.
The President and CEO will work closely with the Board, brokers, regulators, employees, and policyholders to guide the company through increasing scale and complexity, while also positioning it to take advantage of new market opportunities, products, technology, and partnerships.
The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be a values-driven individual with a strong foundation in mutual values, and a genuine appreciation for people and culture. They should be adept at strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and operational discipline, and be equally comfortable in the Boardroom and engaging with various stakeholders.
