Elevate client engagements as a Client Experience Manager with Sephora Canada on a 12-month contract. Lead Beauty Studio operations and enhance customer experience every day.
This full-time role in Langley, BC, requires 2-4 years of management experience in a similar environment. You will oversee daily beauty operations, exploit innovative technology, and manage the online reservation system. Success will come from effectively staffing events and training Beauty Advisors to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Beauty Studio daily operations and staffing needs
• Leverage technology for enhanced client interactions
• Oversee online reservation system and class scheduling
• Coordinate in-store events for client engagement
• Conduct training and performance assessments for Beauty Advisors
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar managerial role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to attract and develop store leaders
• Capable of working in a fragrance-filled environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
