About Our Client
Our client is a well-established organization in the manufacturing industry, known for delivering high-quality products and maintaining strong relationships with customers. They are currently expanding their team and are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Extruder Machine Operator to support their production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Salary: Starting from $17.85 per hour
Responsibilities
Operate extrusion machinery to produce high-quality plastic edge bands
Match colours and textures accurately during bulk production processes
Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and reduce material waste
Assist with product development and ensure colour consistency throughout production runs
Work closely with production and development teams to meet manufacturing goals
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality control guidelines
Participate in training to gain a full understanding of company processes, procedures, and equipment operation
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle colour and texture differences
Excellent colour perception with the ability to pass a colour visibility test prior to hire
Mechanically inclined with an interest in hands-on manufacturing work
Willingness to learn and adapt in a production environment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and patience
Ability to work overtime or shift work when required
Reliable transportation is required, as the facility is not accessible by transit
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is an asset but not required
Full training will be provided
Compensation & Bonus Structure
Starting wage of $17.85 per hour
