Cascadia Windows & Doors is an innovative industry leader specializing in energy-efficient architectural fiberglass window systems and cladding attachment technologies. Our products are shipped to major construction projects throughout North America.
Based in our factory in Gloucester Estates, Langley, the CNC Saw and Milling Machine Operator is responsible for manufacturing Cascadia’s award-winning windows and doors. Experience in window production or other manufacturing is preferred, but with the right attitude and physical skills, our onboarding and training program can bring interested applicants up to speed quickly.
What We Offer:
Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour (plus $1.00 for afternoon shift), depending on industry experience.
100% company-paid extended benefits package after 3 months.

Shift:
Afternoon Shift, Monday to Thursday – 2:45 pm to 1:15 am.
Competitive wages(plus $1.00 for afternoon shift).
Skills and
Qualifications:
Experience working in a manufacturing organization.
Experience working with manufacturing tools & equipment.
Physically able to lift weights, stand, bend, etc.
Must have reliable transportation, as transit service is not available in the Gloucester Estates area.
Safety footwear is required. Annual company paid for safety footwear after 3 months —all other tools and training provided.
