Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC lathes, milling machines, and other equipment
• Manage setups for manual lathes and drill presses
• Guide the production from drawing review to completion
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering teams
• Utilize CAM software for component programming
Requirements:
• Preferred Red Seal certification or equivalent
• Proficiency in CAM software such as Esprit
• Strong grasp of GD&T as per ASME Y14.5
• Must be detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage tight tolerances in metric
