Position: Leader Technician for Afternoon Assembly Line
Become the Leader Technician for the Area 1 Assembly line at TG Minto Palmerston, Ontario. This position on the Afternoon Shift focuses on quality control, production documentation, and team training.

As a key player in the assembly process, you will follow precise work instructions to ensure that production adheres to quality standards. Operate injection machines, meet production quotas, and document all activities to optimize workflow. Cross-training will be an essential part of this role, along with maintaining health and safety practices and a clean workspace with 5S methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute work instructions for consistent quality

• Document production output and adherence to quotas

• Operate all designated injection machines and assembly lines

• Provide training for FTMs across different tasks

• Maintain adherence to safety guidelines and 5S practices

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Capable of physical activities like lifting and bending

• Required to work specific Afternoon Shift hours (4:30 pm to 1:00 am)

• Adaptability to shift changes as needed

• Understanding of health and safety principles
