Evening Production Associate

We’re Castle Rock Farms and we have an opportunity for you to come and work at our state of the art, CLIMATE CONTROLLED facility. No matter the weather outside, it’s a great day inside at Castle Rock!

Our crew has been working hard building a great environment where the culture is teamwork, encouragement, growth and success. We now have room to add new members to our team. We are looking for:

Our evening Production teams work in various departments within the facility such as:
Processing, Pre-Roll or Packaging.

We’ve Got You covered To make sure nothing bad gets inside, we provide you with indoor pants and shirts, so you never have to worry about what to wear to work! Don’t worry, we also provide you with all the PPE equipment you need throughout your day.

• You understand that sometimes everyone needs to just roll up their sleeves and do what needs to get done and you’re there for it.
• You pride yourself on your ability to pick up new processes easily but you’re not afraid to ask for help when you need it.

• $21.00 starting wage – raises are based on performance and are reviewed accordingly
• Possibility of day shift work on Friday for interested candidates
• Benefits after 6 months of continuous employment
• 2 weeks Vacation. (6 paid and 4 unpaid days due to Part-time hours)
