Junior Assembler

AWC specializes in providing integrated water, wastewater treatment plants and many other specialized industrial packaged solutions. We offer clients advanced in‑house engineering & design with 3D modeling, piloting, fabrication and machining, in‑house control panel shop, and a full range of field services, allowing us to provide turn‑key solutions.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and enjoy working with others. As a Junior Assembler, you will support the fabrication and assembly of mechanical equipment and components in a shop environment. You will work closely with experienced team members to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Assist team members in layout and installation of equipment, piping, and instrumentation

Read and follow basic mechanical drawings, with guidance

Safe use/operation of forklifts, cranes, power tools and other equipment related to job requirements

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Occasional site work and associated travel as required

Build wooden crates and necessary packaging for shipping

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic mechanical knowledge
