Become a key part of ALS as a Sample Preparation Technician, preparing client samples for lab analysis. This position emphasizes safety and quality throughout your work.
In the Sample Preparation Department, this technician role focuses on handling various samples responsibly under supervision. Responsibilities include sieving, crushing, and maintaining detailed production logs. You'll ensure basic lab cleanliness and adhere strictly to safety regulations set forth by ALS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate various equipment for sample preparation
• Maintain organized production logs for lab reference
• Perform cleaning duties to uphold lab standards
• Observe all safety protocols and comply with health policies
• Assist with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Strong manual dexterity and coordination
• Capable of lifting weights up to 50 lbs
• Proficient in basic English and alpha/numeric skills
• Ready to use personal protective equipment as required
• Available for varying shifts including nights and weekends
