As an Industrial Painter at Weldco-Beales Manufacturing, you will work under the guidance of the general foreman.

Your role involves estimating the materials needed and ensuring surfaces are expertly prepared. You will apply coatings using various techniques and contribute to our reputation for quality in heavy equipment manufacturing. Your efforts directly enhance the safety and efficiency of our operations across Canada and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and estimate painting materials

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling

• Application of liquid coatings using multiple tools

• Mix and match paint colors as specified

• Maintain quality by addressing imperfections with a wire wheel

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 10; high school graduates preferred

• Industrial Painting experience is beneficial

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team

• Strong time management and problem-solving skills

• Excellent safety history
