Blender Operator

Position: Sherwin-Williams Blender Operator Role
Sherwin-Williams is looking for a Blender Operator in Langley, BC, to create custom paint blends. This position offers full-time hours, emphasizing attention to detail and safety.

As a Production Operator - Blender, you will be responsible for mixing and preparing paint to meet individual customer specifications. Your daily tasks involve operating tinting machines, monitoring quality, and maintaining organized work environments. You will also communicate effectively with team members and comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and blend paints according to customer orders

• Safely operate tinting and mixing machinery

• Adjust gloss and shade as required

• Perform inventory management and quality inspections

• Ensure a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs

• One year of experience in a production or blending role

• Proficient in English language communication
